Hong Kong Police Criticized After 14-Year-Old’s Arrest

The authorities have been accused of trying to intimidate young pro-democracy protesters and their families after a 14-year-old girl was detained on suspicion of drawing flowers in chalk near government headquarters and sent to a juvenile home.
